Refund Policy
Free Trial
All new users post for free and receive 10 free lead credits with full access to the platform. You may cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be charged.
Membership Activation
After the trial ends, an active paid membership is required to continue using the platform. If you choose to continue, billing will occur automatically at the end of the trial period.
No Refunds After Trial
Because full access is provided during the free trial, membership fees are non-refundable once the trial ends and payment is processed, including partial months or unused time.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account profile or by emailing [email protected]. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.
Paused or Inactive Accounts
If a membership is not activated after the trial, access will be paused. Any unused credits never expire and will remain available if you choose to return.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for: Duplicate charges, Billing errors, Technical issues that prevent platform access
